The idea to create MITS originated from helping family and friends with their home and business IT needs. In addition to having over 25 years of IT experience, we have backgrounds in computer engineering, cybersecurity, management, marketing, education and psychology. People turn to us for help because of our expertise and the ability to listen to their IT challenges and come up with understandable and effective solutions.

When we started helping our friends with business IT solutions, we reflected upon the number of times we personally visited a small business, from medical, dental, and legal offices to mom-and-pop shops, who simply were not happy with their IT or cybersecurity setup. As the conversation around this topic grew, so did our desire to help those who needed guidance in their IT setup and cybersecurity needs.
